Our main studio at Breathe Yoga KC offers a clean, beautifully curated environment designed for comfort, calm, and connection. With warm wood floors, soft natural lighting, and an earthy boho aesthetic, it’s the perfect setting for:

Workshops & trainings

Wellness classes (yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing etc.)

Sound Baths

Small group events or meetings

Photoshoots

Community gatherings

Square Footage: approx. 800 sq ft (including lobby)
Capacity: Comfortably seats or accommodates up to 20 guests depending on activity
Location: Lenexa, Kansas - easy access with plenty of parking

1 Hour — $100

2 Hours — $175

Rental Policies

1-hour minimum rental

Set-up and tear-down time must be included in your rental window

50% deposit required to reserve your date

Remaining balance due 48 hours prior to event

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable

Space must be returned to its original condition
