Sue Park

Fascination of the human body and spirit has been my lifelong pursuit. After spending many years in various athletic endeavors and martial arts, I was introduced to yoga in 1998, which gave me the balance I needed. I lead registered yoga teacher trainings at the 200 and 300 hour level. I also provide private sessions in Thai bodywork, private or small group sessions with all experience levels, workshops, corporate yoga and special events. 

I love working with students one-on-one and feel that with my years of experience I am able to tailor each session to each individual student’s needs. My teaching style is creative and playful while mindfully guiding students to reach their fullest potential,  while meeting them exactly where they are.
