My journey began about 5 years ago after I graduated college. My personal trainer recommended yoga be added to my regimen to increase flexibility. I fell in love with the practice very quickly because i craved the feel-good energy that I was having during and after a yoga practice. A couple of years later I decided to join LifePower 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sue Park and Tung Bui because I wanted to share the magic with others. Almost a year later I completed my 300-hour yoga teacher training in New York with Strala yoga led by Tara Stiles.
I love yoga because it connects you with your body. Every single day practice is different and you need to learn how to listen to your body and what it needs in that moment. Not only do I love guiding students in yoga, but I also enjoy learning from them as well.
